The roof sections, raised above the portal frames, feature continuous roof ventilation. The externally visible gable columns, like the portal frames, are made of glued laminated timber, while the internal columns are precast concrete elements.
The building envelope complies with energy efficiency regulations, requiring the use of thermally broken glazing bars. The walls feature thermal insulation glazing with excellent thermal and light transmission properties. All gutters are insulated, and an additional thermal screen has been installed.
Selected design elements were adapted to Viridea’s corporate identity to enhance brand recognition. All requirements for LEED Gold certification were met.
