This year, the 53rd edition of the IGCA Congress, a yearly event of the international Garden Centre Association, took place in South Tyrol and at Lake Garda, and it was a success. For a full week, more than 180 participants from 16 countries were able to admire the beauty of our countryside and the excellent cuisine. However, the single garden centres and shop areas to be visited as part of the programme, were the main focus of the one-week congress. Facilities visited in South Tyrol were Biasion in Bolzano, Raffeiner in Gargazzone, Wielander in Merano, the botanic gardens of Trauttmansdorff, and the three garden centres in Bressanone Rizzi, Reifer and Auer. Rabensteiner supported the congress as a sponsor. We are therefore especially proud to notice that all facilities that were visited in South Tyrol are projects realised by Rabensteiner.
